HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION AT ALEIA RESTAURANT?

In order to make a reservation you can do it in our section of reservations following the steps that indicate you. If there is no availability on the desired date, you can register on the waiting list.

HOW LONG IN ADVANCE SHOULD I MAKE A RESERVATION?

You can make your reservation with a maximum of 90 days in advance, through our website:  www.aleiarestaurant.com or through our email: booking@aleiarestaurant.com

I HAVE DOUBTS ABOUT A RESERVATION ALREADY MADE.

WILL YOU CONTACT ME FROM ALEIA WHEN I MAKE A RESERVATION?

At the time of booking, you will receive an email with confirmation of your booking. If you do not receive this email, please contact our reservations department by email: booking@aleiarestaurant.com. 72 hours before the day of your reservation, you will receive an email so you can confirm or cancel your reservation without cost. (you can find it in the cancellation policy)

WHAT IS THE RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations must be made by email at booking@aleiarestaurant.com

Reservations up to 6 people: modifications or cancellations allowed, without penalty, up to 72 hours before. Reservations up to 15 people: modifications or cancellations allowed, without penalty, up to 7 days before.

Reservations for more than 15 people:
– Permitted modifications, without penalty up to 7 days before.
– Cancellations allowed, without penalty up to 20 days before.

If the reservation is modified or cancelled after the established deadline, we reserve the right to charge a penalty of 172€ in the evening shift or 134€ per person in the lunch shift.

We also reserve the right to charge you a penalty of 172€ in the evening shift or 134€ per person in the lunch shift per person if you make a reservation and do not show up.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION FOR A GROUP?

If you would like to make a group reservation, please contact us at the following email address: info@aleiarestaurant.com. We will provide you with all the necessary information and the availability of the restaurant.

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF ALEIA RESTAURANT?

From Wednesday to Saturday.

On Tuesday we open from 19:30 to 21:00; and from Wednesday to Saturday the restaurant opens from 13:00 to 14:00 and from 19:30 to 21:00.

WHERE IS ALEIA RESTAURANT?

Aleia is in Hotel Casa Fuster, at Passeig de Gracia 132. Barcelona. Spain.  We do not have a private parking.

WHAT IS THE TASTING MENU LIKE?

Aleia offers a unique tasting menu which represents the essence of its cuisine and philosophy. Which varies according to the temporality and availability of the product.

In order to design your menu, we will consider all the information you give us regarding allergies, dislikes or any food related restriction. Even those ingredients you simply would rather avoid.

DO YOU HAVE A VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN MENU?

We are very sorry, our menu is not designed for vegetarians or vegans, so we will not be able to cater for your reservation.

If you don’t eat meat, but you do eat seafood and fish, we can adapt your menu if you contact us with enough time at booking@aleiarestaurant.com

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMEONE HAS AN ALLERGY OR INTOLERANCE?

Our menu is made up of fresh and seasonal products. For us it is very important that if you have any allergy or food intolerance let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we cannot assure you that we can adapt our menu to your restrictions. If you have any question, contact us at booking@aleiarestaurant.com

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Aleia does not have a dress code. To us, the most important thing, is that you enjoy the experience and that you feel comfortable.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE?

We thank our guests for being punctual so that they can fully enjoy the experience. You must consider that arriving 15 minutes after the time established in the reservation, without notice, will be considered a No – Show.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT METHOD?

At Aleia we receive credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept payments in cash (euros).

HOW CAN I PURCHASE AN ALEIA GIFT CARD?

To purchase a Gift Card, go to the Gift Card section and follow the instructions. We will send it to you by email or by conventional mail, depending on what you want. The voucher will have a validity  of 6 months from the date of issue of this card, and it has no refund.

ARE CHILDREN ADMITTED?

If you visit us with children, they must take the same menu as adults, because we do not have a special menu for them, so we do not recommend coming with children under 10 years.

We do not have highchairs, but we can recommend a babysitter service, safe and reliable, if requested in advance.

IS THERE A WHEELCHAIR ACCESS AVAILABLE?

Our facilities are designed and adapted to serve the needs of people with reduced mobility. We would appreciate if you would inform us of any special need you may have, so we can adapt and provide comfort at your table or at any other area of the restaurant.
